Our winters can be mild, but yet there have been some cold ones too.

Clothes

Blaze orange is optional for early archery and muzzleloader seasons, Warm Socks that will wick the moisture from your feet when they sweat. (no cotton - cotton is rotton) Warm boots with 800+ thinsulate. Gloves, turtle neck shirt or a "gator". Hat that could cover your ears (stocking cap). Rain Parka. (It would be great if a hunter could store his outer wear and boots in a bag with pinetags then put these clothes on when they got to camp.)

** note - please don't smoke in the clothes that you will hunt in. Don't clean or seal or polish your boots, don't clean or oil your gun the day or night before your hunt.
